Every Body needs a little ME Time. This floor-based, slow-paced practice focuses on the connective tissues and parts of the body that don't usually get enough love & attention. Get intimate with yourself as you access deeper levels of your body. We pull out all the props to support the body and mind for deep release so plan on staying in each pose for a handful of minutes.
